Every business needs a Marketing Plan - remember the old adage "failing to plan is planning to fail" - but not just for the bank manager! This needs to be a short working document focussing on the market, customers, competitors, products/services, and setting out detailed activities, timings, targets and costs, so that performance can be measured and monitored, and successful strategies identified and developed.
